Location, Location, Location

This 16 acre park is located right next to Mequon City Hall just off of Cedarburg Road. It’s a central meeting area for many residents and a perfect place to meet a friend for a chat. It’s also a popular spot for a birthday party. The kids can play, have cake and ice cream at the picnic tables — and, you don’t have the hassle of hosting anything at your home.

The Mequon Community Park is also a great in-between destination for runners with young kids. Put your child(ren) in a jogger, hop on the Ozaukee Interurban Trail (which runs right behind the park) and run over to the park to play. When you’re done, run home. You get your workout and the kids get their playtime.

There’s no other park in Mequon which offers this many activities in such close proximity — the Weyenburg Library, Mequon’s Community Pool, Rennicke Baseball Field, Ozaukee Interurban Bike Trail and the park itself. You name it. This park has a lot to offer Mequon families and children, especially during our beautiful summer season.
