Mequon Public and Private K-12 Schools

The Mequon-Thiensville School District (MTSD) serves approximately 4,000 students and continues to be recognized as one of the top performing school districts in the state. In fact, for the second consecutive year, MTSD was ranked as the best suburban school district in the Milwaukee metropolitan area by Milwaukee Magazine.

MTSD has:
Three elementary schools (Grades K to 5): Donges Bay Elementary School, Oriole Lane Elementary School and Wilson Elementary School
Two middle schools (Grades 6 to 8): Steffen Middle School and Lake Shore Middle School
One high school: Homestead High School

Mequon also has two private schools covering K-8: Lumen Christi Catholic School and Calvary Lutheran.
